Kanpur: Santhakumaran Sreesanth on Thursday dedicated his sensational comeback performance to the victims of 26/11 Mumbai attacks.
Comeback man Sreesanth took six wickets on Thursday to put India in the driver's seat in the second cricket Test.
On being asked if he would dedicate his brilliant show with the ball to martyrs of the 26/11 attack, the Kerala speedster said, "Why not. It is an emotional matter and I dedicate my todays performance to them."
Sreesanth, who returned to national Test side after a 19-month gap, said it would be proud moment for him if India wins match.
"It would be a memorable and proud moment for me and for all the country, if India wins tomorrow," he said.The Indian cricket team had held a two-minute silence before the start of the days place in a tribute to those killed in the attack.
