Yuvraj out, Sehwag fit for Nagpur ODI

Nagpur: Good and bad news for Indian cricket fans ahead of the second one-day international against Sri Lanka to be played on Friday.

India's vice captain Yuvraj Singh is down with flu and he won't play the Friday's game. The dashing middle-order batsman missed the first game because of a finger injury.

However, man of the match in the first ODI ,Virender Sehwag, who was doubtful for the Nagpur game after sustaining a knee injury during the first match, has been cleared to play in Friday's game.

Lanka will be without key spinner Muttiah Muralitharan and paceman Dilhara Fernando due to finger injuries as the duo has been ruled out of the series.

India won the first match at Rajkot by 3 runs after scoring a record total of 414.

The playing surface in Nagpur is expected to be batting friendly. The match was shifted here by the BCCI from Vishakapatnam due to security concerns.
