Mirpur: A shaky start to India's 2010 ODI campaign. Thilan Samaraweera struck a class century to guide Sri Lanka to a five wicket victory against India in the second match of the triangular one-day series in Mirpur.
After restricting India to 279 for nine in the stipulated fifty overs, Sri Lanka raced to 283 for five in 48 overs with Samaraweera cracking a career-best unbeaten 105 including 11 fours.

Sri Lanka looked to be cruising home as captain Kumar Sangakkara and Samaraweera added 122 for the third wicket, but lost they lost the way in the middle.
Harbhajan Singh took three wickets as the Lankans collapses from 199-2 to 226-5 in the 44th over.

Sehwag gave a flying start to Indian with 47 off 31 balls but Sri Lanka left-arm seamer Chanaka Welegedera removed Gautam Gambhir (8), Virat Kohli (9) and Sehwag inside the first nine overs to reduce India to 71-3.
Chanaka Welegedera claimed five for 66 to restrict India to a below par total. Sri Lanka conceded only 20 runs in the last five overs and took four wickets as Welegedara completed his maiden five-wicket haul.
