First with the bat Oram smashed the Bangladesh attack all around the ground for a rapid 83. Later with the ball he took two wickets as the tourists slumped to defeat.

Kiwis had struggled early on but Oram led an astonishing late onslaught which saw the hosts reach 336 for nine.
A 98-run stand between Ross Taylor and Peter Ingram helped New Zealand overcome early jitters caused by the loss of Brendon McCullum and Martin Guptill to some excellent new-ball bowling from Bangladesh.
Neil Broom (71) shared a half-century stand with Daniel Vettori (32) to frustrated the Tigers and although Shakib Al Hasan have the Kiwi skipper stumped by Mushfiqur Rahim, that only opened the door for Oram.
Jacob was adjudged as man of the match for this all-round display.
