Mumbai: The fines of slow over rates continue to pour in as Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar from Mumbai Indians has now entered the long list already fined in the Indian Premier League.
He was slapped with a fine of $40,000 on Wednesday for slow-over rate during the ongoing IPL 3. This is the second time Tendulkar has invited a fine in IPL.

"The IPL today advised that Mumbai Indians have been fined for maintaining a slow over rate during last night's IPL match against Kings XI Punjab in Mumbai," the IPL said in a statement.
Mumbai Indians top the standings after comprehensively defeating Kings XI Punjab by four wickets in a home game at the Brabourne Stadium on Tuesday.

"Since it was their second offense of the season, under the IPL's Code of Conduct relating to minimum over rate offenses, captain Sachin Tendulkar was fined $40,000 and each player in the team $10,000," the IPL statement read.
