Yuvraj Singh was not interested in continuing with the team after this edition, according to reports. The move was being linked to him being dumped as captain. And now it seems the three co-owners of the team are all set to take the exit route as well.
However, Preity Zinta has rubbished the news on the sale of Kings XI Punjab on Twitter.
"How many times d news has 2 be WRONG about r stake sale! First Hero honda & now Videocon! Speaks a lot for d quality of news in d country," she posted.
Actors Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor along with Dhoot and Chordia had formed a consortium to bid for the Pune franchise at the IPL 4 auction but were unsuccessful.
