Dambulla: Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni walked out of the practice session at Dambulla in Sri Lanka on Saturday.
In the three-hour training session ahead of India's next match against Sri Lanka, Dhoni was reportedly not happy with the playing conditions, arrangements for players in the ground.
He walked out after Karthik got hurt due to uneven bounce in the pitch.
Indian team manager Ranjib Biswal said players did have some problem while facing good-length bouncing deliveries. But denied that Karthik or any other player got injured.
"Facilities for practice at the stadium are good but the pitch is not ideal for practicing. We had some problem with the pitch," Biswal said.
Karthik is now doubtful to play the next game against the hosts Sri Lanka on Monday.
