Experienced Yousuf looks to set a mark

Mohammad Yousuf making a comeback for Pakistan Test team is currently trying to make his presence felt and keep Pakistan ahead as play has been stopped for lunch in the second day of the third Test at the Oval.

Debutant Wahab Riaz(27) who was impressive with the bowl yesterday, was impressive with the bat coming in as nightwatchman to produce a stiff resistance and keep England waiting before finally being dismissed by Graeme Swann who got his second wicket of the day.

Resuming the day's play at 48/1, Pakistan lost opener Yasir Hameed early as he was dismissed by pacer Steve Finn.

Hameed had taken a positive approach and had started off well to score 36 runs overnight before play was called off at day 1 but he could not convert his start and fell to Finn in the second delivery of the second day. Then Graeme got the second breakthrough of the day as Pakistan lost their captain Salman Butt(17).

Meanwhile, debutant Wahab Riaz who took five wickets in the England innings, and came in as a nightwatchman yesterday is still batting along with Yousuf.

Yesterday, Pakistan had the best start of the series so far as they dismissed England for 233 on day one of the third npower Test at The Oval.
