Three Super Kings players down with flu

Three Chennai Super King players including captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni are reportedly down with flu in Johannesburg.

According to team sources, the other two players are middle-order batsman Suresh Raina and all-rounder Justin Kemp. All three missed the Super Kings" training session at the Super Sport Park in Centurion on Monday.

But, the Kings fans need not be concerned as the trio will feature in the upcoming fixture against Wayamba on Wednesday.

“It is nothing serious and all three – Dhoni, Raina and Kemp will be available for Wednesday"s game. They did miss training but there is nothing to be worried about," a close source to team said according to espnstar.com report.

“There were others who were down with a bit of cough and cold because of the weather in Johannesburg."

The weather has not been suitable for some of the players, with heat during daytime and chilled out atmosphere as night takes over.

There are further reports that opener Murali Vijay was hit on his foot by a yorker from his teammate Albie Morkel at nets but he is reported to be fine.

He seemed to be fine and continued on with his batting practice.
