Sehwag out, India 110/2 at stumps

Mohali: Mitchell Johnson struck a crucial blow towards the end of day 2 for the visitors as he got rid of the dangerous Sehwag, in the final session of play in Mohali.

Sehwag(59 off 54 balls) while looking to work a short ball of Johnson on the on-side just managed to find the leading edge to provide a simple catch to Clarke.

Before his downfall, Virender Sehwag had taken India off to a promising start as they looked to chase down the Aussie first innings total of 428.

The Indian opening pair of Sehwag and Gambhir had put on a decent first wicket partnership of 81 before the latter was dismissed by Mitchell Johnson. Sehwag was the man on charge taking the bowlers on, picking up boundaries with ease.

Rahul Dravid(21*) is currently batting alongside Ishant Sharma(sent in as a nightwatchman) as India finished with 110/2.
