BCCI hire second physio for India

With the Indian cricket team being hit by injuries every now and then, the Board of Control of Cricket in India(BCCI) has hired Amit Shah as the second physio of the national team.

The national team already has Nitin Patel as its physio but it has been difficult for Patel to handle all players who have had problems with injuries.

Meanwhile, newly appointed second physio, Shah has worked with the KKR team during the third edition of the IPL.

"Amit Shah has joined Team India as its second physio. He and Nitin Patel will now work together," a BCCI official informed PTI on Monday.

Shah was sent an SOS and he has joined the team in Mohali and was particularly taking care of VVS Laxman who didnt field in the Australian second innings due to back spasms.
