The Toss: M S Dhoni won the toss and has elected to bat first. Daniel Vettori reckoned that he would have batted as well, in a way suggesting that Dhoni might have won a crucial toss.

It's the fourth time Chennai Super Kings and the Royal Challengers Bangalore clash against each other in the 2011 edition of the Indian Premier League. But the stakes for this match are much higher as Chennai will aim to defend their IPL 2010 title while Bangalore will aim to get their first trophy of the most lucrative T20 tournament around.
