Edwards wants Sachin to score a nought

Kolkata, Nov 13: Fidel Edwards elated after having dismissed the master blaster in the first test at Kotla, is determined to stop Sachin on scoring his 100th ton in the second test match of the three match series at Eden Gardens, Kolkata starting on Monday.

Cricket fans all over the globe are anxious about Sachin tendulkar's historic feat of 100 centuries, the talented pacer has different ideas.

"I will do everything I can to see to it he doesnt get there (100 tons) against the Caribbeans. "I would want him to score a nought in the rest of the series," said the 29-year-old-Barbadian, set to play his 50th Test match beginning Monday at Eden Gardens.

After claiming Sachin Tendulkar's wicket to mark his 150th test scalp, Edwards said, from his childhood, he has been watching Sachin's innings and admiring him ever since. After having admired him all these days, considers bowling to Sachin itself being a big achievement and to get Sachin out off his bowling was an icing on the cake.

Though he is very happy after dismissing Sachin, now has set another goal for himself, to stop Sachin from scoring his 100th ton in the ongoing series between India and West Indies.
