Cracks in the 'Wall' hurts India

Sydney, Jan 5: Known as the 'Wall' of Indian cricket, Rahul Dravid's batting performance looks bleak this tour down under managing to score 111 runs in four innings played so far. Bowled out thrice at the start of the series, Dravid has opened the gates on his 'Wall'

Despite being the highest run getter in 2011, the new year has not started well for the second highest run-scorer in Test cricket history.

Rahul Dravid managed 111 runs in four innings this tour down under, Dravid known for his long innings which is now restricted to single and double digits especially in Australia

During the 2003-04 tour down under Dravid scored 619 runs in four tests with 233 being the highest individual score which gradually reduced to total of 237 runs in four test in the 2007-08 season against the Aussies.

If performances like these continue Team India might witness another whitewash similar to India's tour of England.

Being his last tour down under when will we see Rahul Dravid be the wall again and frustrate bowlers?
