Adelaide, Jan 16: After their loss to Australia in the second Test in Sydney, Indian team chose to take time off from cricket practice and headed for go-karting in Perth. Now that the team has lost again in Perth on Sunday inside three days and with more than a week's time left for the start of final Test in Adelaide, will the team embark on go-karting sessions again?
There are plenty of go-karting places in South Australia. However, South Australia's capital city Adelaide, the venue for final Test, has four major venues and some of the cricketers might be planning a trip to one of those.
Adelaide Test starts on January 24.
Indian pace spearhead Zaheer Khan had defended the go-karting adventure by saying: "On a tour like this when there are four Tests, it's important you use the time in between wisely. Especially for fast bowlers, it's very important how their workload is monitored." However, Zaheer was one of the players who had stayed away from go-karting.
Also during one of the visits to go-karting, paceman Ishant Sharma, heckled by fans, made an obscene gesture towards them. That picture was published in one of the Australian newspapers.
Here, we list the places in Adelaide where the Indian team can enjoy a session of go-karting.
- Kart Mania Indoor Go-kart Racing
- Southern Go-kart Club
- Barrossa Go-Kart Club

Kart Mania Indoor is the most popular one with a 320-metre track. It is located in Richmond area. Mahendra Singh Dhoni and his boys might be tempted to pay a visit here.
