New Delhi, Feb 10: India's dashing left-hander, Yuvraj Singh, who is currently undergoing chemotheraphy for germ-cell cancer at a cancer institute in the US, has revealed his new look, on his twitter profile.
Yuvraj, has tweeted, Finally, the hair is gone! But #livstrong #yuvstrong.
He had earlier tweeted to say that he was recovering well and couldn't wait to be back in India colours. He also thanked his fans and promised to make a stronger comeback as he is expected to recover in 10 weeks.
"Overwhelmed with the love and support people have given me, I feel joy in my heart that so many wishes will cure me! l've read every tweet of my fans," he tweeted.
For the first time, on Wednesday he tweeted about his health update ever since news about him battling cancer came out.
"I will fight and come back as a stronger man cause I have the prayers of my nation ! Thank you to the media for their support and respecting my privacy," Yuvraj wrote on Twitter.
"Of course everyday I look forward to come back and wear my India jersey my india cap and represent my country again jai hind," he tweeted.
Yuvraj Singh, is known to be a fighter, as he says "I'm recovering well. Yes, its tough but tough times don't last tough men do !"
Yuvraj Singh was detected with a rare germ-cell cancer on Sunday, Feb 5 2012 after his family had announced that he had a non-malignant tumour in the left lung a couple of months ago.
Wishes are pouring in for this stylish left-hander as his fans have offered prayers at temples for his speedy recovery while his team mates and Bollywood celebrities have expressed their support too.
With the entire nation, and the cricketing fraternity supporting the talented batsman, Yuvraj has also expressed that he will make a stronger comeback soon as he has been recovering well.
