Jamshedpur, Feb 11: Confident Varun Aaron believes he will be back in action in a month's time and said he will not compromise with the speed.
"I will be fully fit in a month and will be back in action," Aaron said when asked about his injury which he suffered during the ODI series against West Indies at home.
"The last two medical reports have been good and I am undergoing specialised training in National Cricket Academy at Bangaluru," he said.
That young pacer from Jharkhand, Aaron was ruled out of the Test series against Australia after a stress reaction on his back after the injury.
Aaron, who took part in a programme organised by Jharkhand State Cricket Association (JSCA) with sports teachers of various schools to promote cricket in the city, told reporters that he has been recovering fast and started bowling.
"I am not going to compromise with the speed and confident to maintain the speed soon," he said.
