He reached the century of centuries off 138 balls, scored a few boundaries and as he was looking hungry for runs, Mortaza dismissed the legend while he was on 114, as wicket-keeper Rahim made no mistake to stop the legend from scoring more. This magnificent knock included 12 boundaries and a huge six.
But Bangladesh were late, as the damage was already done, as the Team has gone past 250 and personally Sachin would feel elated with this hundred, as he has got the monkey out of his back, which suggests that he can play the rest of the matches with ease.

His records are plenty. To put it in a nut shell, his first century, a match-saving one at Old Trafford, came when he was 17.
Sachin had 16 Test hundreds against his name before he turned 25. He became the first batsman to have scored 50 international hundreds in the year 2000 while he passed Brian Lara as the leading Test run-scorer in 2008, and in the years after, he went past 13,000 Test runs 30,000 international runs, and in 2010 became the first player to score 50 Test centuries.
Sachin holds the record for most hundreds in both Tests and ODIs. A remarkable effort, considering he didn't score his first ODI hundred till his 79th match. At 38, he seems to be untouched by age, retaining the enthusiasm for the game.
At 36, he broke a 40-year-old barrier by scoring the first double-century in one-day cricket. The recent century adds up to the tally of 99 marking his 100th ton. The first person to have achieved this milestone, in a span of less than 23 years.
His batting average is always on par with Bradman's batting average, could last forever as there is no other man on Earth to challenge this little man, who has numerous records, including the recent one to his credit which is next to impossible to break these records.
