New Delhi, May 21: The fifth edition of Indian Premier League continues to witness more problems as the victim has revealed the identity of an Indian player who threatened her to drop the charges against the Australian cricketer Luke Pomersbach after she lodged a complaint against Luke for molesting her.
A few days after Royal Challengers Bangalore player Luke Pomersbach was arrested by Delhi Police following a complaint lodged by the victim for molesting her and injuring her fiance, has revealed that another player was involved in the spat, and termed him as a 'skinny guy' who was also involved as he tried to enter the room along with Pomersbach at the hospital and asked her to withdraw the charges against the cricketer.
"I was trying to close the door because I was already very frightened and Sahil was lying inside the room all bloody and beaten up. The skinny Indian guy and Luke tried to open the door while I had to force it shut. The hotel guard was standing outside doing nothing to help me," the victim was quoted as saying by a leading daily.
"This skinny Indian guy kept following me back and forth, while I was rushing around inside the hospital. I screamed at him, Leave me alone but he would not let me go and kept following me. He told me, Withdraw the case. Its not going to take you anywhere, but I rushed away from him. I mentioned this to the police as well but they have not written it in the FIR," she added.
As per the CCTV footage, the skinny guy has been identified as KP Appanna, the left arm spinner from Karnataka, who is representing Royal Challengers Bangalore.
