Bangalore, Jun 30: India all-rounder Yuvraj Singh, who is aiming to return to cricket action soon, took time off from training and watched the Hindi movie "Gangs Of Wasseypur" on Friday.
Yuvraj, who has been training at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) here in the city from Monday, watched the movie in the company of his team-mates Praveen Kumar and Virat Kohli.
"Just finished gangs of wasseypur ! What fun totally enjoyed it while praveen kumar and virat were explaining me the insides of dhanbad !!," Yuvraj (@YUVSTRONG12) tweeted late on Friday night.
Yuvraj added that actor Manoj Bajpai was "superb" in the film and it was a "great comeback" for Bajpai and reminded himself that he too needed to come back soon to the Indian team.
"I think wasseypur is gonna be a great comeback for manoj bajpai who was superb in the film ! Reminds me I need to come back soon too !," he added in another tweet on the micro-blogging site.
The left-hander, who has missed cricket for more than six months now, is aiming to return to action for the ICC World Twenty20 2012 tournament in Sri Lanka. The event starts on September 18.
Over the last few days, Yuvraj has started batting in the nets. After first day of batting in the nets, he said he got tired after 15 minutes.
The 30-year-old underwent chemotherapy in the US for a rare germ-cell cancer between his lungs.
"I am right now in the second week of rehabilitation and I am feeling good. My body will slowly become stronger, I am sure. The target is the T20 World Cup, and hopefully, I will be able to come just before that," Yuvraj, who won the Man-of-the-series award at the 2011 World Cup, had said few days ago at the NCA.
At the moment, Yuvraj and few other Indian cricketers are training at the NCA.
