London, Sep 1: England cricketer Kevin Pietersen who was ignored by the England and Wales Cricket Board for the third Test against South Africa and for ICC World T20 is set to meet ECB on Saturday as a meeting has been scheduled on Saturday.
ECB in order to sort out the pending issues, has scheduled the meeting, and according to reports Kevin Pietersen has agreed and would be meeting Andy Flower, the managing director of ECB, Hugh Morris on Saturday, as the new captain, Alastair Cook is also expected to be a part of the meeting.
Andy Flower and Morris would be meeting Pietersen formally on Saturday.
Having sent a few derogatory texts to South African players about Andy Flower, Andrew Strauss and the dressing room atmosphers, Pietersen landed himself in a controversy as he was dropped from the third Test against South Africa and even after apologizing for what he had done, he was ignored for ICC World T20.
The outcome of the meeting would give a clear picture on Pietersen's Test career as he might lose out on playing international cricket for England if he lands in another controversy, so its a crucial day for Kevin Pietersen.
