Mumbai, Sep 8: Former India skipper Sourav Ganguly feels India's spin-duo R Ashwin and Pragyan Ojha are quality spinners and have done a great job so far, but Harbhajan's inclusion would add more value to the team.
Talking about the spin-duo, Ganguly said they have been quite impressive in the few Tests that they have played, but said it is quite early to decide.
"When I see Ashwin and Ojha, although they have a long way to go, I feel we have quality spinners but if India has to pick 3 spinners Bhajji should come in."
He has been suggesting that Harbhajan's inclusion would add a lot of value to the team, as he is an experienced spinner, who has claimed 406 wickets in 98 Tests.
Moreover, if the team wants to have 3 spinners, then Harbhajan should be the third tweaker, stressed Ganguly, while delivering the fouth Dilip Sardesai memorial lecture at Bombay Gymkhana on Friday.
Ganguly had earlier also defended Harbhajan Singh as he urged the think-tank to give him another opportunity to play for India, as he has proved his worth again by playing the county season.
He has been particularly talking about Harbhajan's inclusion, a his presence could complement the youngsters as well.
