Sri Lanka Cricket has launched a new training kit for Lanka, that was unveiled on Sep 10, 2012. MAS Holdings and Sri Lanka Cricket together unveiled the new attire for the team ahead of the T20 World Cup.
The new gear was created to enhance peroformance, as it was more comfortable than the earlier jerseys, moreover, the yellow print on the front of the jersey, also portrays the energy and confidence of the team, while it also celebrates national pride.
"World renowned brands carefully pick their Branding Ambassadors, and it is not surprising that MAS Active have placed their faith in Sri Lanka Cricket. We will not fail them," Sri Lanka Cricket President Upali Dharmadasa said.
Having been associated with Sri Lanka cricket for a few years now, MAS holdings have strengthened their bond, as they are expected to sponsor the gear to the national men's team, women's team, A team, U-19 and junior national teams.
MAS holdings have come up with a new kit for the cricket team including training gear, head gear, sweaters and track suits.
Earlier Mr Zahid Javed, Director of CA sports and Subhan Ahmed (COO PCB) launched Pakistan Cricket Team's new kit for the T20 World Cup at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
