CLT20: Mumbai Indians Vs Lions on Sunday

Johannesburg, Oct 13: In another Group B clash, Mumbai Indians take on South Africa's Highveld Lions at Johannesburg on Sunday.

Since Lions are playing at home, they will have the home advantage which would give them an upper hand against Harbhajan Singh's Mumbai Indians.

Though Mumbai Indians have a balanced line-up Lions would pose a threat on Sunday as Mumbai defend their CLT20 title.

Having won the previous edition of CLT20, Harbhajan Singh's XI would be confident of performing well against Lions, but promises to be a great encounter as both the teams have match-winners to ensure they start on a winning note.

With only a few big names like Alviro Petersen, Sohail Tanvir, Dirk Nannes in the team, Lions still pose a threat to Mumbai Indians.

Compared to Lions, Mumbai Indians look very strong as Kieron Pollard, Richard Levi, Sachin Tendulkar, Ambati Rayudu, Rohit Sharma, Lasith Malinga, Harbhajan Singh, Pragyan Ojha and Thisara Perera all are match winners.

Richard Levi's form will be worrying Mumbai, as the opener needs to hit form quickly in order to help Mumbai Indians defend its title.

Mumbai Indians: Mitchell Johnson, Dinesh Karthik, Dhawal Kulkarni, Richard Levi, Lasith Malinga, Pragyan Ojha, Munaf Patel, Thisara Perera, Kieron Pollard, Ambati Rayudu, Rohit Sharma, Harbhajan Singh, Dwayne Smith, Sachin Tendulkar, Surya Kumar Yadav

Highveld Lions: Temba Bavuma, Gulam Bodi, Zander de Bruyn, Quinton de Kock, Neil McKenzie, Pumelela Matshikwe, Chris Morris, Dirk Nannes, Ethan O'Reilly, Alviro Petersen, Aaron Phangiso, Dwaine Pretorius, Jean Symes, Sohail Tanveer, Thami Tsolekile

Match starts at 9 PM.
