Mumbai, Oct 27: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has invited tenders for Indian Premier League (IPL) title sponsorship after DLF recently ended its five-year association with the cash-rich Twenty20 league.
The tender document will be available from October 27, Saturday, BCCI announced.
"The IPL Title Sponsorship tender document will be available from Saturday, 27 October 2012, at the BCCI, Cricket Centre, Mumbai (10:00 am to 6:00 pm)," BCCI said in a media release on Friday evening.
"The cost of the same is 2 lakhs," it added.
"The Title Sponsorship Rights will be awarded for a period of five years, from 2013 to 2017."
DLF held the Title Sponsorship Rights of the tournament from 2008 to 2012.
The sixth edition of IPL will be held in April next year.
