New Delhi, Nov 3: The Board of Control for Cricket in India has confirmed that Australian Ryan Harris' contract has been extended by the franchise and would play for Kings XI Punjab in the sixth edition of Indian Premier League.

Due to some confusion Ryan Harris' name was left out of the list, while BCCI corrected its mistake immediately and sent a press release stating the same.
BCCI on Friday confirmed that Kings XI had included Ryan Harris' name in the initial list, and was missing in the attached files and was rectified later.
"Ryan Harris' name was erroneously missed out of the attached lists. He has had his contract extended and is a part of KXIP," the BCCI said in a release.
Transfer windows will open on Monday , Nov 19 while the date for Player Auction will be announced in a couple of days.
