Kolkata, Dec 8: MS Dhoni became the first Indian wicketkeeper to take 200 catches in Tests, during the third Test against England here on Saturday.
India captain Dhoni caught England stumper Matt Prior off Zaheer Khan for his 200th catch.
Former stumper Syed Kirmani is second in the list with 160. Kirmani achieved them in 88 Tests.
Rahul Dravid holds the record for most catches by an Indian with 209 (overall 210). His is also record in history of Tests.
