PICTURES: India-England Nagpur Test Day 1

Nagpur, Dec 13: It was a struggle for batsmen on the first day of the India-England Test here at Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Stadium on Thursday. England ended the day on 199/5 in 97 overs.

The fourth and final Test of the series saw England winning the toss and electing to field. However, their batsmen found it difficult on a slow and low pitch. Kevin Pietersen stood out for his 73-run knock.

India's debutant Ravindra Jadeja impressed with ball taking the big wickets of Jonathan Trott and Pietersen.
