Bangalore, Feb 8: India's Ishant Sharma has confirmed that he will be going to Australia to get his shoes and not consult any specialist in Melbourne, after reports suggested that the lanky pacer was seeking specialist's help after 'experiencing pain' in his ankle.
Following reports related to Ishant's trip to Australia, the 24-year-old confirmed that he wasn't injured and was flying to Australia for a different reason altogether.
"Once again I would like to confirm that I m not injured. Jus going Aus to get my insoles. Avoid the rumors," Ishant tweeted.
Having sustained a ligament injury to his left ankle during India's tour of England in 2011, Ishant Sharma underwent a surgery in March 2012, after returning from the Australian tour.

India's Varun Aaron will be going to London to get advice on his troublesome back.
"I will be going there next week, where I will be meeting a couple of doctors and seek their advice. They will review the state of fitness of my back and based on that I will take a call on when I should begin bowling," Aaron was quoted as saying by Indian Express.
"I have been bowling on and off but haven't bowled flat out. After this consultation I will get a clear picture of my body," Aaron was quoted as saying.
