Dubai, Mar 22: Former captain Rahul Dravid feels it will be tough for Team India when they travel to South Africa to play a three-Test series later this year.
India will tour South Africa in November this year to play three Tests, seven One Day Internationals and two Twenty20 Internationals. South Africa are the current number one Test side in the world.
"South Africa are really a good side at the moment. Their bowling attack is probably one of the best in the world. It is going to be a tough series for India. We have a few months to prepare for it," Dravid was quoted as saying by Dubai's "Gulf News" newspaper on Friday. Dravid is in Dubai to play a Twenty20 tournament.
Dravid said it was important for India to find three good fast bowlers and a wrist spinner to succeed in South Africa.
"The key to do well in South Africa is to have a good bowling attack for those conditions. If India can have three good fast bowlers followed by a wrist spinner, then it will be effective. Getting that balance right (three fast bowlers) might make the difference," he added.
