Pune, Apr 7: Kings XI Punjab crushed Pune Warriors by eight wickets here on Sunday. This was second straight loss for Pune after going down to Sunrisers Hyderabad and Punjab began their campaign on a high this season.
For the second match running, Pune's batsmen faltered. They failed to chase 127 against Sunrisers and today they struggled to reach 99/9 in 20 overs.
Punjab had no problems in chasing down this small target. They completed the win in just 12.2 overs. 19-year-old debutant Manan Vohra topscored with 43 not out in 28 balls with 7 fours.
