Bangalore, Apr 23: What a knock it was at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Tuesday evening. It was all the way Chris Gayle show as he smashed records during his unbelievable 66-ball 175 not out for Royal Challengers Bangalore in IPL 2013 against Pune Warriors. Once Gayle had constructed such tall score, it was curtains for Pune. They completed the formalities to end up with 133/9 in 20 overs and RCB romped home by 130 runs. This was sixth successive win at home for RCB this season.

Pune' bowlers were at the receiving end of 'Gayle storm.' The tall Jamaican blitzed 17 sixes and 13 fours as RCB scored a record 263/5 in 20 overs. To add to that, Gayle bowled the final over of the match taking two wickets for 5 runs. RCB catapulted to the top of the table with 12 points. Their net run rate has shot up to +1.254
