'3 CSK players given flats by bookie'
Bangalore, June 21: Former IPL commissioner Lalit Modi has alleged that three Chennai Super Kings players were given flats by a "real estate king" who is also a bookie.

Modi made this sensational revelation on his Twitter account on Thursday (June 20). However, he did not name the bookie or the three players.

He also alleged that this man had links with CSK 'owner' Gurunath Meiyappan.

"Sorry cant put names on twitter. I have officially written to Icc to ask Acsu to verify and check and then it's for them to decide," he tweeted.

Modi also wrote that this man was 'blacklisted' from bidding to buy an IPL team.

IPL has been reeling under spot-fixing, betting scandals. Rajasthan Royals' S Sreesanth, Ajit Chandila and Ankeet Chavan were arrested for alleged spot-fixing. Meiyappan was arrested for alleged betting.
