Yet again BCCI wins, DRS loses

Bangalore, June 28: Yet again Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has won and Decision Review System (DRS) has failed.

BCCI, which has continuously opposed DRS use, once again scuttled International Cricket Council's (ICC) move to make the technology mandatory in all series.

According to a report in "The Times of India" newspaper, Anil Kumble, chairman of ICC Cricket Committee has opposed the DRS during ICC's ongoing Annul Conference in London.

In the recently concluded Champions Trophy, India captain MS Dhoni made use of DRS very well. India were the only side with 100 per cent record. They used 3 successful reviews. Despite this, Dhoi said he was not backing the use of technology in decision-making.
