Mysore, Sep 26: Captain Cheteshwar Pujara was dismissed for just 3 runs as West Indies A held a slight advantage over India A at the end of day two in the four-day match here at Gangotri Glades on Thursday.
After scoring 429 in 135 overs in the first innings, the visitors had India A at 124/3 in 43 overs.
Hosts' opener KL Rahul scored 46 while Manpreet Juneja was batting on 47 at stumps. The other not out batsman was Harshad Khadiwale (5).
Opening fast bowler Miguel Cummins got the wicket of Pujara. Left-arm spinners Nikita Miller and Veerasammy Permaul had a wicket apiece.
Miller was impressive with figures of 1/10 in 9 overs with 4 maidens.
Earlier, Parvez Rasool took five wickets for 116 in 45 overs. West Indies A, resuming at 264/5 from day one, finished with 429 all out in 135 overs. Assad Fudadin was 86 not out (201 balls, 10x4, 1x6) while Miller scored 49.
