Mohali, Oct 19: In a matter of six balls bowled by Ishant Sharma, James Faulkner turned the match in Australia's favour.
The 48th over delivered by Ishant was blasted by Faulkner for 30 runs and with that Australia were put on their way to a stunning last-over triumph against India in the third ODI here on Saturday night.
Faulkner's 29-ball 64 not out took Australia past India's 304 with four wickets and three balls to spare.
Captain MS Dhoni's superb 139 not out ended up in a losing cause to the bowlers.
Australia lead the seven-match series 2-1.
