Johannesburg, Dec 5: Indian batsmen were rattled by pace, bounce and swing on their first day of international cricket in South Africa. The home team marched to a crushing 141-run victory to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match ODI series here on Thursday.

Chasing 359, Indian batsmen were never comfortable against the fast bowlers. Barring captain MS Dhoni's half century, the rest surrendered without a fight.
