Mysore, Sep 3: Robin Uthappa played his first game in Karbonn Smart Karnataka Premier League (KPL) today but his knock of 48 was upstaged by KL Rahul's 91 which helped Hubli Tigers defeat Bellary Tuskers by 7 wickets here.
Uthappa, who missed Tuskers opening two games due to a niggle, scored a 41-ball 48 in team's 160/8. In reply, Rahul hit 10 fours and 4 sixes on way to a fine 91. He departed with the team needing just 1 run for victory.
This was Tigers first win in three games of KPL 2014. Tuskers too have one victory from three.
